These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Techne, a tool that helps you prepare, review, and publish video to social media pages and channels you connect, including Facebook Pages via the Meta Platform (techne.zonin.dev), operated by Techne (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Techne, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Techne.

What Techne does

Techne helps you bring together a video, cover image, and caption, review them, and — once you approve — publish or schedule them to the channels and pages you authorize. You decide what is published and when.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage the accounts and Pages you connect, and to publish content to them.
• You are responsible for the media you publish through Techne, including ensuring you hold the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and accurate.
• You must review media before publishing and use Techne in compliance with all applicable laws.

Third-party platforms

Techne integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook and YouTube. Your use of those platforms through Techne is also subject to their respective terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s content, automation, and publishing rules. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms.

Content accuracy

You are solely responsible for verifying, editing, and approving any media before it is published through Techne, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your audience.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Techne to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of any platform you publish to, and not to interfere with the normal operation of Techne.

No warranties

Techne is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Techne will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content or publishing will succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Techne, including any content published to third-party platforms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Techne after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
